We are a free bi-monthly newspaper which is distributed in all the cities of Tidewater/Hampton Roads (Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Smithfield, Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, and Williamsburg) the greater, Richmond metropolitan area, Virginia’s Eastern Shore, and northeastern North Carolina, with reliable information provided by our service provider EFE. With international, national and local news about the Hispanic community which we edit, we offer information in Spanish and English not only to the Hispanic community but also to the diverse communities present in our areas of distribution, communities which are eager to know and interact with our Hispanic community.

Our mission is to inform and educate our readers who may be students, workers, business people, and tourists of various ages - with sections of the newspaper dedicated to news, editorial, health, sports, economy, legal matters, entertainment, culture, and the environment. This group of sections enables us to create awareness and concern for the world in which we live and to conserve it for future generations.

We cover and organize local events to integrate the Hispanic community (which is made up of people of various countries and cultural backgrounds) within itself as well as with other communities.

Through our advertisers we are able to introduce the many and varied services that are offered by existing Hispanic businesses not only in the local area but also businesses in other states that want to offer services to people in areas where the newspaper is distributed or who are looking for people in this area (employment, for example). Of course, through the many methods of communication such as telephone, fax, postal service, e-mail and the Internet we are able to reach any region of the globe.
